Northpine Analytics ("we", "the app") provides an internal analytics dashboard for the owners of social media accounts that they themselves connect. This policy explains what we access and how we use it.
When you connect a TikTok account via TikTok's official Login Kit, with your explicit authorization, we access: your basic profile (open id, display name, avatar), your public account statistics (follower, following, likes and video counts), and a list of your videos with their public engagement metrics (view, like, comment and share counts). We access this data only through TikTok's official API and only for accounts whose owner has authorized the connection.
We use this data solely to display aggregate performance analytics to the connected account's owner, to help inform content decisions. We do not sell, rent, share, or disclose the data to any third party. We do not use it for advertising.
Access tokens and retrieved metrics are stored securely and used only to refresh the analytics. You may revoke access at any time from your TikTok account settings, which immediately stops all further access. On request we will delete any stored data for your account.
We do not access private messages, contacts, payment information, or any data beyond the public metrics described above. We do not post, edit, or delete any content.
